Yes. All CV data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, processed locally without external API calls, and stored in your own database. RecruitSecure AI is fully GDPR-compliant with data export and deletion capabilities.

Do I need external AI APIs?

No. RecruitSecure AI uses Transformers.js with the all-MiniLM-L6-v2 model to generate embeddings locally. There are zero external API calls, which means no per-query costs and no data leaving your infrastructure.

How much does it cost?

RecruitSecure AI offers a free tier for small teams, Starter at €9/month, Pro at €19/month with advanced features like pipeline kanban and analytics, and Enterprise from €49/month with SSO, API access, and unlimited usage.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can also use promo codes for extended trial periods of up to 30 days.

What CV formats are supported?

RecruitSecure AI supports PDF, DOCX, and TXT file formats. Files up to 10MB are accepted, and you can upload multiple CVs simultaneously with batch processing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecruitSecure AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users, team members, and organizations.

2. Service Description

RecruitSecure AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered semantic search for CVs and candidate management. The Service includes CV upload and processing, semantic search, candidate pipeline management, team collaboration, and analytics. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service, including CVs, candidate information, and any other content. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and index your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account. We will delete all your data within 30 days of account closure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that you do not have the right to process.
Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as GDPR.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
Use the Service for discriminatory hiring practices or in violation of employment laws.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitSecure AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which RecruitSecure AI is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
