No. All AI processing runs 100% locally on our servers. Your candidate data never leaves our infrastructure. We use an open-source AI model (all-MiniLM-L6-v2) that runs entirely within RecruitSecure AI — zero external API calls.
Relevance is based on semantic similarity between your query and the CV content. Scores above 70% are strong matches. The system improves over time as you provide feedback (thumbs up/down) on results.
When you see this badge, it means the ML reranker adjusted the results based on your previous feedback. The more feedback you give, the better the results become for your specific hiring patterns.
Yes (Pro plan and above). Use the filters panel to narrow results by skills, experience level, education, and languages. You can also sort by relevance, date, or name.
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
Your account reverts to the Free plan (25 CVs, 50 searches/month). Your data is preserved — upgrade anytime to regain access to all features.
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Settings > Billing > "Manage subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.
Yes. We encrypt all CV data at rest with AES-256-GCM, process everything locally (no external AI APIs), provide data export and deletion tools, and support explicit consent tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Only members of your organization. Every database query is scoped by your organization ID. There is no cross-tenant data access. Admins can manage team members and roles in Settings > Team.
Yes. Go to Settings > Data & Privacy to export or permanently delete all your organization data, including CVs, search history, and user accounts.
